Stylish Highlights with Photoshop

I will show you some photoshop manipulation with your hair.

Step 1:

Open your image, File >Open> then ,Browse your desired image.

I will be using this image.

Bring up the Polygonal Lasso Tool, using the polygonal Lasso Tool start creating multiple hair strands.

Next, we will add some color to the hair strands on the new Layer.  Feel free to use whatever color you like. But with this tutorial I will use, #c02f13, #9f076b, #416fb4, #b1ce06, #8b4e13, #cd1bd4.

After filling each strands with color. remove selection with Ctrl+D and apply Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur with next presets:

Change layer mode to Overlay

 Duplicate current layer with Ctrl+J and reduce opacity to 20% for this layer.

Then were Done..
